Healthy Eating: Weight-loss Chronicles Update 1

Oh hi! Good day to all of you! This is an update of my new year's resolution. I am really proud that I have succeeded in doing my current diet (for at least 10 days or so), which is the banana diet. Its healthy, you get to eat normally and you don't have to starve yourself to death which is a big no-no in my healthy living resolution.

However, due to an unfortunate and irresistible circumstances, I have stopped the diet for a while since my Tita treated me and my family in a buffet dinner.

Being Asian affected my decisions. Hoho. I couldn't possibly deny an offer that is being given to me absolutely free!! I imagined a situation, my family enjoying a feast and me, eating a banana. So, I decided to forget about the diet and started digging in the all-you-can-eat buffet dinner treat which lasted for about 2 days, breakfast and dinner. 

Yeah, I guess I'm back to where I started. I need to re-discipline myself and eat a healthy meal just enough to fill my tummy and not too much to the point where I might throw up. Oh well, I think this is kind of a norm especially to the noobs at dieting (such as myself). This just means that I need more discipline in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Though, its not yet too late. I have a whole year round to change my lifestyle. So watch out! Hoho! I'll be fit and healthy in the next few months! :)
